June Official ratings used; USCF unofficial or Online Regular ratings usually used if otherwise unrated.  Cannot play with rating lower than USCF Online Regular Rating minus 100 points.

 

Entry fee: $45 online at chessaction.com by 6/26, $60 later or at site. Late reg. ends 9 am 6/29.

 

Rounds begin Mon. 10 am, 2 pm and 6 pm; Tue. 10 am and 2 pm.

Up to 2 half point byes allowed, must commit before round 2. 

 

USCF membership required. Special 1-year membership dues with magazine if paid with online entry at chessaction.com:  Adult $54, Senior (65 and above) $48.

PLAYERS MAY NOT POSESS CELLPHONES DURING PLAY. Please leave your phone home, or in your hotel room or car, or in a bag at your table.  

For all tournaments, adjusted FIDE or foreign ratings, if higher than US Chess rating, may be used. Players must disclose FIDE or foreign ratings when entering, or may later be expelled. Other over the board ratings such as club, league, scholastic, state or province, etc, adjusted if appropriate, may be used at our discretion if above US Chess rating.  No rating below the latest official US Chess rating, on the list corresponding to the ending date of the tournament, will be used. Players must reveal foreign, FIDE and other over the board ratings, and these ratings, adjusted, if necessary, may be used if higher than US Chess. See also above.
