Prizes $300,000 based on 1300 paid entries ($100 off entries count as 70% entries, re-entries, GMs, WGMs as 50% entries, $200 off entries as 40% entries), $225,000 minimum (75% of each prize) guaranteed.  Free analysis of your games by GM Sam Palatnik; free lectures by other GMs 9 am 7/2 & 7/3.

In 7 sections, each with place prizes and class prizes; a player who wins both a place and class prizes receives the larger prize.

Open Section: $25000-12000-6000-3000-1500-1200-1000-800-600-500, clear winner bonus $400, top FIDE Under 2500 or Unrated $2000-1000. If tie for first, top 2 on tiebreak play speed game 7/4 11:30 pm (white 5 minutes, black 3 minutes & gets draw odds, 5 second delay) for title & bonus prize. GM & IM norms possible. FIDE rated.

Under 2400/Unr Section: $18000-9000-5000-2500-1300-1000-900-800-600-500, top Under 2300/Unr $2000-1000.  40/2, SD/1 games are FIDE rated. IM norms may be possible in 5-day & 7-day schedules.

Under 2200/Unr Section: $18000-9000-5000-2500-1300-1000-900-800-600-500, top Under 2100 (no Unr) $2000-1000. No unrated may win over $3000.  40/2, SD/1 games are FIDE rated.

Under 2000/Unr Section: $18000-9000-5000-2500-1300-1000-900-800-600-500, top Under 1900 (no Unr) $2000-1000. No unrated may win over $2000. 

Under 1800/Unr Section: $18000-9000-5000-2500-1300-1000-900-800-600-500, top Under 1700 (no Unr) $2000-1000. No unrated may win over $1500.

Under 1600/Unr Section: $15000-7000-4000-2000-1200-1000-900-800-600-500, top 1400-1499 (no Unr) $2000-1000, top Under 1400 (no Unr) $2000-1000. No unrated may win over $1000.  1400-1499 and Under 1400 are not separate sections; these players also compete for Under 1600 place prizes and if winning more than one prize, receive the largest.

Under 1300/Unr Section: $12000-6000-3000-1500-1000-900-800-700-600-500, top Under 1100 (no Unr) $2000-1000, top Under 900 (no Unr) $1000-500.  No Unrated may win over $500.  Under 1100 and Under 900 are not separate sections; these players also compete for Under 1300 place prizes and if winning more than one prize, receive the largest.

Class pairings of unrateds against each other are possible in last few rounds.  

Senior prizes: Open to rated seniors age 65 or over, based only on score, section doesn't matter: $1800-1200-600-400.

Prize limits: 1) Players with under 26 games played as of 7/11 list may not win over $2000 in Under 1300 or $4000 in Under 1600. Games rated too late for 7/11 list not counted. 2) Players who had official rating more than 30 points over section maximum any month 7/10-6/11 have a prize limit of $2000. 3) See unrated prize limits above. 4) Balance of any limited prize goes to next player(s) in line.

5-day schedule: Thur 7 pm, Fri/Sat/Sun 11 am & 6 pm, Mon 10 am & 5 pm.
7-day schedule: Tue/Wed/Thur each 7 pm, Fri/Sat each 6 pm, Sun 11 am & 6 pm, Mon 10 am & 5 pm.
4-day schedule: Fri 11 am, 2:30 pm & 6 pm, Sat/Sun 11 am & 6 pm, Mon 10 am & 5 pm.
3-day schedule:
Sat 11 am, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm, 6 pm & 8:30 pm, Sun 11 am & 6 pm, Mon 10 am & 5 pm. 
All schedules
merge & compete for same prizes.  No 4-day or 3-day schedule in Open Section. 

Half point byes OK all, limit 4 (limit 2 in last 4 rounds); Open must commit before round 2, others before round 5.

Unofficial uschess.org ratings are usually used if otherwise unrated.  Unofficial ratings are not used if you have an official rating.  Foreign player rating info.

Special rules: Players must submit to a search for electronic devices if requested by Director.  In round 3 or after, players with scores over 80% and their opponents may not use unauthorized headphones, earphones, or cellphones, or go to a different floor of the building without Director permission.
