$3000-1500-1000-800-700-600-500-400, top FIDE under 2300 or unrated $1000-500. 
Minimum prize
if completing all games with no byes: $500 to foreign GMs, $250 to US GMs, foreign IMs & foreign WGMs. 
IM & GM norms possible; FIDE rated.
