Open to all, U1800/Unr entry fee $100 more.
$2000-1000-600-400, clear or tiebreak first $100 bonus, top Under 2400/Unr $600-300. FIDE rated.
     Under 2200 Section:
$1300-700-400-200.
     Under 2000 Section:
$1300-700-400-200.
     Under 1800 Section: $1300-700-400-200, unrated limit $600.
     Under 1600 Section: $1000-500-300-200, unrated limit $400.
     Under 1400 Section: $1000-500-300-200, unrated limit $300.
     Under 1200 Section: $500-250-150-100, unrated limit $200.
     Under 1000 Section: $500-250-150-100, unrated limit $100.

MIXED DOUBLES BONUS PRIZES: best male/female 2-player "team" combined score among all sections: $600-400-200. Team average rating must be under 2200; teammates may play in different sections; teams must register (no extra fee) by 2 pm 8/19. 

Top 6 sections entry fee: $128 online at chessaction.com by 8/16, 3-day $138, 2-day $137 if check mailed by 8/9, all $150 (no checks, credit cards OK) at site, or online until 2 hours before round 1. GMs free, $100 from prize.

3-day & 2-day schedules
merge after round 2 & compete for same prizes.
Byes: all; limit 2, Open must commit before rd 2, others before rd 3.
