5SS, 40/100, SD/30 d10, Marriott Philadelphia Downtown (see World Open for location, rates). Open to all born before 7/10/70 and rated under 2210 or unrated.
Prizes $2400 based on 36 entries,
$1200 (half each prize) minimum guarantee:
$600-300-200, top U2010/Unr
$300-150, U1810 $280-140, U1610 $220-110, U1410 $100.
Entry fee: $88 online at chessaction.com by 7/6, $93 mailed by 6/15, $100 at site by 10 am 7/8 or online until 9 am 7/8.

Wed & Thu 11 am & 5 pm, Fri 11 am.
Half point byes OK all rounds,
limit 2 byes, must commit before rd. 3.
