World Open Blitz Championship. 5SS, G/3 d2, Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown (see World Open for rates & parking info). Masks required, spectators may be restricted, no eating in tournament room.

2 sections with $2700 guaranteed prizes:
Open, open to all. $500-260-130,
top 2200-2399 $200-100, top U2200/Unr $200-100.
Under 2000/Unr: $300-200-100, top U1800/Unr
$180-90, top U1600 (no Unr) $160-80, top U1400 $100, Unr limit $200.
Blitz rated (will not affect regular ratings), higher of
regular or Blitz used for pairings and prizes.
If current USCF Online Regular or Online Blitz
rating is 50 or more points over section or prize maximum, prize
limit $100.
Entry fee: $40 online at
chessaction.com by 7/4, $50 online by 9 pm 7/5, $60 at site 6/25-7/5.
GMs $40 from prize.
Reg. ends 9 pm 7/5, play begins 10 pm, then ASAP, should end by 1 am.
Half point bye (1 out of 2) OK any round, limit 1 bye, must commit before rd
