WORLD OPEN HOTEL ROOMS:

As of June 16, the Wyndham Hotel is sold out.  Possibly a few rooms may become available due to cancellations, so send us an email if you are interested in either your own room or room sharing.

PLEASE HELP!  IF YOU MUST CANCEL your Wyndham reservation for any reason, please inform us first (email is best) so that we can try to transfer the reservation to another chessplayer.  Please do not inform the hotel of the cancellation until you hear from us.  If you cancel without informing us, the room will become available for general sale, and will be sold to the public at a rate much higher than the chess rate.

For other accommodations, we recommend you see travel websites such as
www.expedia.com, www.hotels.com, and www.orbitz.com. We have just heard of one we didn't know of before, www.e-hitchhiker.com, which has the lowest rates on some of these.  The hotels nearest to the Wyndham appear to be sold out (the Westin may have rooms but is very expensive). We have checked these sites and found the following (estimated driving times by Expedia):

Radisson Warwick, 3/5 mile, June 28-30 $109, July 1-2 $159, July 3-4 $109.
