USA IMs, USA WGMs, foreign FIDE rated players: $135 mailed by 6/18, $137 ONLINE by 6/23, $140 phoned  by 6/23, $150 at tmt. 
USA FIDE rated players: $235 mailed by 6/18, $237 ONLINE by 6/23, $240 phoned by 6/23, $250 at tmt. 
Players without FIDE ratings: $335 mailed by 6/18, $337 ONLINE by 6/23, $340 phoned by 6/23, $350 at tmt.
