Premier Section, open to 1800/above and juniors under 18 1600/above: Prizes $800-400-200, top 2100-2299/Unr 300-150, top Under 2100 300-150.
Under 1900/Unr Section:
Prizes $500-250-150,
top Under 1700 $300-150, no unrated may win over $300.
Under 1500/Unr Section: Prizes $500-250-150,
top Under 1300 300-150, no unrated may win over $150.
Under 1100/Unr Section: Trophies to top 5 players, top Under 900, top Unrated.
Under 700 Section: Unrateds allowed in this section only if age 12/below. Trophies to top 5 players, top Under 500, top Unrated.
Class prizes: 2100-2299/Unr, U2100, U1700, U1300, are class prizes, not sections. Players in these groups are also eligible for place prizes; receive largest if winning both.
Entry fee: 3-day $68, 2-day $67 mailed by 9/4, all $66 ONLINE at chesstour.com by 9/10, $80 at site. No phone entries. No checks at site, credit cards OK. Special EF: $40 less to unrated. $40 less to rated players in U1100 & U700 Sections. $20 less to rated juniors under 18 in top 3 sections. Re-entry $40; not available in Premier Section. CSCA members may deduct $3 from mailed entry only.
3-day schedule: Reg. ends Fri 6:45 pm, rds. Fri 7:30, Sat 12-6, Sun 9-2:30.
2-day schedule: Reg. ends Sat 11:15 am, rds. Sat 12-3-6, Sun 9-2:30.
U1100 & U700 schedule: Reg ends Sat 11:15 am, rds. Sat 12-3-6, Sun 9-12-2:30.
Half point byes: OK all rounds; rds 3-6 must commit before rd 2.
