500-400-300. IM & GM norms expected to be possible; last year 17 of the
47 entries were GMs.

from prize or due on withdrawal.  IMs: $129 mailed by 7/1, $135 phoned
with credit card by 7/8, $150 at tmt. FMs or FIDE 2300+: $179 mailed by
7/1, $185 phoned with credit card by 7/8, $200 at tmt.  FIDE 2200-2295:

FIDE 2005-2195 or USCF 2200+: $279 mailed by 7/1, $285 phoned with credit
