The Sheraton Hotel (the tournament site) is currently sold out on the nights of June 27-28 and possibly on the 29th as well. They do have King Bed rooms available for June 30 – July 7, and they might also have other room types available for some of those dates.

If the Sheraton Hotel does not have rooms available, we have an overflow block of hotel sleeping rooms at the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square Hotel, 1800 Market Street in Philadelphia, about a ten-minute walk (4/10 mile), according to Google Maps, from the tournament site at the Sheraton Hotel. The Chess Rate at the Sonesta is $144 per night:
