4-DOUBLE-ROUND, Swiss-System, Blitz Chess Tournament (each round is two games, one White and one Black), 3 minutes per player, per game + 2-second delay per player, per move (Game/3, d2!), in one Section!

Tiebreaks Are The Same As Used For The NY State Scholastic Championships

One pair of half-point byes OK in any Round (must commit before Round 2).

Enter At Hilton Hotel, in the Saratoga Ballroom, between 6:30 pm and 7:40 pm Saturday.

Game times: Round 1: 8:00 pm, then ASAP, should be finished by 10:30 pm.

USCF Blitz-rated (will not affect your Regular rating), but prizes and pairings are based on the higher of your Blitz or Regular rating. CCA Minimum Ratings may be also used at Director's discretion.
