5 round Swiss, 40/2, SD/1, Valley Forge Convention Plaza (see World Open). Open
to all born before 6/28/60 and rated under 2010 or unrated.
Prizes
$2000 based on 35 entries, else in proportion except $1000 minimum guaranteed:
Top places:
$500-250-125.
Top Under 1810: $300-150.
Top Under 1610/Unr: $250-125.
Top Under 1410: $200-100.

Late registration ends 6:30 pm
6/25, rounds. Fri 7 pm, Sat 11 am & 6 pm, Sun 10 am & 4:30 pm.
Half point byes: OK all, limit 2
byes if 1810/over, limit 1 bye otherwise, must commit before rd 2.
Special USCF dues

Hotel rates:
Scanticon or Radisson $99-99,
888-267-1500, 610-337-2000, ask for chess rate, rooms may sell out about May 25.
If Scanticon and Radisson are sold out, backup hotel is Dolce (formerly Hilton),
$99-99, 610-337-1200, ask for chess rate. As of June 17, rooms at Radisson
and Scanticon are believed to again be available, even though the hotel was
refusing to accept reservations for awhile.
