Premier, open to all rated 2000/above and juniors under 18 rated 1800/above. $3000-1500-700-400-200, clear win or 1st on tiebreak $100, U2400/Unr $1600-800. FIDE rated, but USCF rules used, not FIDE laws. 150 Grand Prix Points (enhanced).

Under 2200: $2000-1000-500-300-200.

Under 2000: $2000-1000-500-300-200. 

Under 1800: $2000-1000-500-300-200. 

Under 1600: $2000-1000-500-300-200. 

Under 1400: $1400-700-400-300-200. 

Under 1200: $1400-700-400-300-200.

Under 1000: Trophies to top 10.

Under 800: Trophies to top 10.

Under 600: Trophies to top 10.  Unrated age 15 or over may not enter Under 600.

Unrated may not win over $250 in U1200, $400 in U1400, $600 in U1600, $800 in U1800, or $1000 in U2000.  Balance goes to next player(s) in line.

MIXED DOUBLES PRIZES (first time in Philadelphia, and largest mixed doubles prizes ever awarded anywhere!) $2000-1000-600-400.

Student/Alumni trophies to top 5 teams of 4 (regardless of section) representing any U.S. college, HS or pre-HS players attend or have graduated from.

Top 7 sections entry fee: $118 online at chessaction.com by 11/27, $125 phoned to 406-896-2038 by 11/27 (entry only, no questions), 3-day $123, 2-day $122 if check mailed by 11/20, $140 at site, or online until 2 hours before round 1. GMs free, $100 deducted from prize. Re-entry $60, not available to go from Premier to Premier.  No checks at site, credit cards OK.

Ratings: DECEMBER OFFICIAL USCF RATINGS USED.  Unofficial uschess.org ratings usually used if otherwise unrated. Foreign or FIDE rating info.

3-day:
late entry ends Fri 11 am, rounds Fri 12 noon & 6 pm, Sat 12 noon & 6 pm, Sun 10 am & 3:30 pm.
2-day top 7 sections: late entry ends Sat 9 am, rounds Sat 10 am, 12:45 pm, 3:30 pm & 6 pm, Sun 10 am & 3:30 pm.
U1000, U800, and U600 sections: late entry ends Sat 9 am, rounds Sat 10 am, 12:45 pm & 3:30 pm each day.
Half point byes OK all rounds; limit 3 byes, Premier must commit before rd 2, others before rd 4.

Hotel rates: $98-98-123, 215-627-1200, reserve by 11/15 or rate may increase. 

NOTE! As of 11/17, the chess rate is still available, and we expect it to be available through at least 11/20. However, as happens at many hotels, someone at Loews is giving players misinformation, saying that no rooms are available at the chess rate. If you call to reserve a room and are told this, please 1) let us know the name of the person who told you that, and 2) call on a weekday 9 am-5 pm and ask for the Sales Office to make a reservation.

Parking: Loews has valet parking only, with a special chess rate of $30/day. Many lots nearby charge much less, especially on Sat & Sun. Gateway Garage, 7/10 mile away at 1540 Spring St. (1 block from Sheraton Hotel) is about $5/day Sat & Sun, $18/day other days.
