4-DOUBLE-ROUND, Swiss-System, Blitz Chess Tournament
 (each round is two games, one White and one Black), G/3 d2, in one section.
At Sonesta Hotel, 1800 Market St, Philadelphia 19103.

Enter AT SITE ONLY, in the TD Room, between 8:30 pm and 10:10 pm on Sunday.
Round 1 10:30 pm, then ASAP, should end by about 12:30 am.  One pair of half-point byes allowed any round, must commit before Round 2.

USCF Blitz-rated (will not affect your Regular rating), but prizes and pairings are based
on the higher of your Blitz or Regular rating. CCA Minimum Ratings may be also used at Director's discretion.
$10 service charge for refunds.

Players must supply their own sets and clocks.
