What happens if I get disconnected during a game?
Your game will be adjourned (saved), and you'll have 15
minutes to reconnect. Please reconnect as quickly as possible.
How do I reconnect?
Simply click the reload/refresh button on your browser, then click MEMBER LOGIN, and enter your credentials (username and password).
If this doesn't work, you can re-type the play address into the web browser's address box. Enter playcca.com or play.chessclub.com/cca and click enter. Then login with your credentials.
If that doesn't work, close your browser completely and re-open it, or try
another browser. Then in the web browser's address box, enter playcca.com and
click enter. Then login with your credentials.
How can I check to see if I'm connected?
On the left hand menu click CONSOLE. A window will popup, showing the lag
(latency) you have to the server in milliseconds. That means you're connected.
On the other hand, if you click CONSOLE and don't get a console window, or the
window does not show your lag (latency) then you are NOT connected and ned to
reconnect. To reconnect, refesh your browser as explained earlier and login
again.
