        5 rounds, 40/2, SD/1 (2-day option, rds 1-2 G/75), Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel, 1401 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park NJ 07712. Free parking.  5 seconds delay used for digital clocks, but no 5 minute time deduction.

        Prizes $15,000 based on 180 paid entries (re-entries & unrated count half), $10,000 (2/3 each prize) minimum guaranteed.  Grand Prix Points: 60 (enhanced).

        In 5 sections:
        Open Section: $1500-700-400-300, clear or tiebreak winner $100 bonus, top Under 2300/Unr $800-400.  FIDE rated.  
        Under 2100 Section: $1000-500-300-200, top Under 1900 $600-300.
        Under 1800 Section: $1000-500-300-200, top Under 1600 $600-300.
        Under 1500 Section: $900-500-300-200, top Under 1300 $500-250.
        Under 1200 Section: $800-500-300-150, top Under 1000 $400-200.
        Unrated may not win over $150 in U1200, $300 in U1500, or $500 in U1800.

        Entry fee: 3-day $98, 2-day $97 mailed by 10/13, all $99 online at chesstour.com by 10/18, $100 phoned to 406-896-2038 by 10/18 (entry only, no questions), $110 (no checks, credit cards OK)at site. GMs free; $100 deducted from prize.

        Entry fee for unrated in Under 1200 or Under 1500: all $50 less.

        3-day schedule: Reg ends Fri 6 pm, rds. Fri 7 pm, Sat 11 am & 6 pm, Sun 10 am & 4:15 pm.
        2-day schedule: Reg ends Sat 10 am, rds. Sat 11 am, 2:30 pm & 6 pm, Sun 10 am & 4:15 pm.
         All: Half point byes OK all, limit 2, Open must commit before rd 2, others before rd 3.
