Why do phone or mail entries take
longer to show up than online entries?
Phone or mail entries have to be processed manually, and this takes longer than online entries, which are processed automatically. Sometimes a phone or mail entry is not processed until right before the tournament (we might not charge the credit card right away). If it's a mail entry, you can probably tell if your entry was received because your check should have been cashed.
We do not send out confirmations for phone or mail entries. We recommend that you use a credit card to enter using our online shopping cart, if you need to receive a confirmation that your entry was received.
